I put together last minute gift baskets from Walmart using mostly Better Homes & Gardens items. I wanted to throw out a few ideas that are a little different then your normal gift basket you can buy premade in a store. I know I don’t really need anymore fuzzy socks or mugs so instead I used items that I thought were cute and I personally use in my own home. I’m starting with the hostess gift basket idea because I’m obsessed with the new Nola bar cart I got! I can’t wait to use this to host. It’s much taller and larger than I expected and until we move I’ll probably use it as a coffee bar after the holidays are over. I styled some gorgeous BH&G glasses on a festive tray and made a cute little champagne station!
As someone who looks forward to hosting, I can’t wait to have more room and lots of pretty glasses and serve ware to style in the new house.
I found everything for the bar cart at my local store along with some festive accents like twinkle lights, disco ball ornaments, and tinsel garland.
Love these ceramic Christmas tree candles because they can be repurposed after you burn them. I bought all 3 colors. The champagne is just sitting in a utensil holder with garland and lights stuffed in side to make it cute.
I framed a photo of us in this pretty gold BH&G frame I found and it makes me so happy. ☺️
Here’s a fun idea for someone who likes to cook. I found the cutest set of 3 baskets and used the large one to put all this in. Put the large stuff in the back and move your way forward. I added come little ornaments, a bow, $2 trees, and twinkle lights.
The cream, sugar, salt & pepper set come all in one and are perfect and would match anyone’s decor. The Christmas tree candle actually fits perfectly in the cream too!
I put together a bathroom basket because who doesn’t need to refresh their bathroom every once in a while? 🙌🏼 My fave shower curtain of all time is on sale too!
I found some marble vanity sets that I loved and they mix well with the tribal print. You can use the little trays for candles by the tub or for jewelry.
All 3 come together in a bundle. Cute for teens that you don’t know what to get because to organize make up brushes or perfumes on them.
Here’s a few different options I came up with. The faux plant is pretty adorable too.
I forgot to snap a pic but this lantern would be cute to gift with a candle and some confetti or tissue paper inside and a bow on top!
Here’s a few things I styled in our guest bath too. I even put a Christmas tree inside of the matching tribal trash can. It turned out to be the perfect size planter. You could do that with any of their bathroom trash cans.
Last but not least, how cute is this planter as a gift basket?! 😆 I added my fave throw blanket, frame, and gold peace sign. I use this plant stand year round for faux and real plants. It’s such a good gift idea! Works great for mini Christmas tree too.
