Christmas bedroom refresh with BH&G! I love the glow of a Christmas tree in our bedroom so this space was one of the first places I started decorating this year. I love to buy year round items that can double as seasonal that way they can be re-styled for all seasons and I spend less money… in theory.
I’ll start with my favorite BH&G find. This large mirrored tray is BEAUTIFUL and really works well for holiday styling. It also fits big items like the gold lantern and 5 wick candle. It’s perfect for a coffee table too. The garland is a Walmart find that I added fairy lights to but seems to be sold out. BH&G throws have been a little obsession of mine for years now. They are so soft and I love the burgundy color this year! It instantly makes the room feel festive for the holidays. I bought 2 of them and might grab a few as gifts because they have many color options. I also have the faux fur deer print throw. I mixed in some red plaid pillows with faux leather and neutral pillows on the bed to tie in the throw. It’s ok to mix different prints and textures.
Clearly Kiwi is a fan! As soon as I put these on the bed she took over. The throw looks more red when it’s next to the pillows so it will work with reds or burgundy’s.
Notice how the color looks less red when it’s not next to the red pillows? The burgundy ornaments pop next to it. Also, notice Kiwi’s wardrobe change?
I used two of these cute rattan plant stands to put my Christmas trees in and they look so perfect. They are outdoor planters so once you’re done using them inside, you can move them to your porch for Spring.
They also match my rattan trays that I use on my nightstand. The jute runners pretty much match everything and I own multiple of them. 🙌🏼
I like to keep large baskets in our bedroom to put pillows in at night so that they aren’t on the floor. It’s cute and functional. This boat basket is a great size and the handles are nice. I’ve actually used these as gift baskets to put wine, candles, and other small things in.
This shelf is by our door to hang robes, jackets, or dog leashes on. Plus, it’s cute to decorate. The candle scent is Smoked Cedar & Snow and I love the 5 wicks because of the glow. You can reuse the bowl once the candle is gone. 🤩
My fave scent is the Pink Fig & Spruce which is in this tray. I have the wax melts too!
