Fall Porch Refresh

Fall is my favorite season and I spend so much time on our porch enjoying the cooler weather. I found some great Fall items at Walmart to give it a little refresh. I’ll link everything available on my LTK page HERE. Follow me there and remember that you can download the LTK app and favorite the items you like so you can shop them later.

I found a tall jack-o-lantern and thought it would be an easy DIY. I spray painted it white and then added the stone texture spray paint on top of it and it looks so cool! It’s like a sophisticated Jack-o-lantern now. 🤣

I put a battery powered pool light in the tall one and some fairy lights in the little one so I wouldn’t have to run an extension cord out to the porch. This works great if you don’t have an outside outlet.

Loved my tall Jack-o-lantern so much I found a smaller one from a few years ago to spray paint to match!

I knew I wanted to add some Fall plants but since mums don’t last every long for me, I opted for some Dwarf Fountain Grass and Coleus. Both gave me a fall vibe and will last a long time.

These rattan planters are my absolute favorite BH&G find. They’re waterproof and beautiful for every season. It even comes with a clear plastic liner inside so when you water your plant, water doesn’t drain out. The tall one comes in black also.

I love the white faux pumpkins from Walmart because they are just as affordable as real pumpkins but they won’t mold and can be reused every year. These are in the Halloween section but also available online. Make sure you check for the free store pick up option! You can also spray paint them any color you like! I think the white is perfect and neutral.

I found this pretty wheat wreath by BH&G in the garden department and it looks great against my black door. I couldn’t find it online yet but it’s pretty new so that’s probably why.

Since my porch is covered, I opted for these faux fur rust colored throw pillows to warm up my Patio set. The covers actually have zippers so you can take them off to wash them or switch them out.

I added some lanterns with candles on a timer and a table top tiki torch to keep the bugs away! They also just make things feel more cozy. Don’t forget to add some throw blankets and outdoor poufs!
