Cheap and easy DIY Pumpkin stacks

I recently found a cute 3 stack of pumpkins at Hobby Lobby and decided to create my own version with colors I preferred. I purchased 3 pumpkin stems(50% off) at Hobby Lobby and total cost is about $8 depending on size. You will also need either tape, glue, or hot glue to do this project. You can actually use any pumpkins you already have as long as they are different sizes. You can even paint them if you want a different color.

I ended up not needing any cutters or scissors because the stick pulled right out of the pumpkins easily. I pulled the stems out of the bottom two so that I could stack them and ended up using a completely different pumpkin I already had for the top piece. I felt like I needed a smaller one on top so then I switched the stem on the top pumpkin since I loved it so much.

I taped my pumpkins in between for now so that if I want to pull them apart later on, I still can. You can customize your stack with ribbon or leaves, which I’ll probably do later.

Easy project for fall for under $10. You could actually do this with large pumpkins for your porch or to set on your fireplace too! Maybe even a mini version for a tiered tray. 😍
